Scenario Based Training

You don't start from zero. Ten-8 is built to work with the curriculum and standards you've already developed. During onboarding, your team can import existing scenario content, evaluation rubrics, and POST or state training standards directly into the platform. Our team works with you to map your current training framework into Ten-8's structure so instructors aren't rebuilding what already works, they're delivering it through a better system. Most agencies and academies are fully configured and running evaluations within their first week.

Ten-8 is a cloud-based platform with role-based access controls. Training directors, instructors, and agency administrators each see only what's relevant to their role. Trainee evaluation records, scenario performance data, and supporting media are stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. Your academy owns its data, we don't share, sell, or aggregate it across agencies. Access permissions are fully configurable, so you control exactly who can view individual trainee records at all times.

Implementation is straightforward. Our onboarding process is designed for busy training environments. We handle the initial platform configuration, work with your team to load existing content, and provide hands-on setup support before you go live. Instructors don't need a technical background. Ten-8 is built for the field, if your team can run a scenario, they can run Ten-8. Most instructors are comfortable and independent within minutes.

Ten-8 is designed to complement your existing systems, not replace them. We offer integration support for common LMS and RMS platforms used across law enforcement training. Where a direct integration isn't available, we support clean data export in standard formats so your records stay connected across systems.
